CHƯƠNG TRÌNH HỢP TÁC VĂN HOÁ GIỮA ITALIA-VIỆT NAM
Năm 1992, Italia và Việt nam đã ký kết Hiệp định về Hợp tác Khoa học và Công nghệ và năm 1998 Hiệp định đã được phê chuẩn và đưa vào thực hiện.
Theo hiệp định này, các dự án được tài trợ trong khuôn khổ của Hiệp định được Uỷ ban hỗn hợp Italia-Việt Nam phê duyệt thực hiện thông qua các chương trình hành động 4 năm.
Bằng cách trên, giai đoạn hợp tác 4 năm đầu tiên đã được thực hiện với kết quả tốt đẹp từ năm 1998 tới năm 2001 cùng với việc tài trợ cho nhiều dự án hợp tác.
Tháng 7 năm 2002 Ủy ban Hỗn hợp Italia-Việt Nam bắt đầu thực hiện giai đoạn hai của Hiệp định (từ năm 2002 đến 2005) bằng việc tài trợ cho những trao đổi cán bộ khoa học/ nghiên cứu của 22 dự án mới trong các lĩnh vực khoa học và công nghệ khác nhau (xem danh sách chi tiết của các dự án dưới đây).
Dự tính hàng năm mỗi dự án nghiên cứu hợp tác sẽ được Bộ Ngoại giao Italia tài trợ tối đa cho hai chuyến đi trao đổi của cán bộ khoa học / nghiên cứu Việt Nam sang Italia. Mỗi cơ sở nghiên cứu / đào tạo có thể cử cán bộ sang Italia cho 2 chuyến đi ngắn ngày hoặc một chuyến ngắn ngày và một chuyến dài ngày.
Khoảng thời gian của chuyến đi ngắn ngày tối đa là 10 ngày, trong khi thời gian chuyến đi dài ngày có thể tới 3 tháng.
Các chi phí đi lại giữa hai nước (vé máy bay) của chuyến đi sẽ được cơ quan chủ quản của các cán bộ nghiên cứu Việt Nam ở nước ngoài sẽ được trả bằng một khoản trợ cấp chọn gói (93 euro một ngày đối với những chuyến đi ngắn ngày hoặc 1300 euro một tháng cho những chuyến đi dài ngày).
Các cơ sở nghiên cứu và đào tạo Việt Nam nơi sẽ trực tiếp làm hồ sơ và gửi các giấy tờ cần thiết liên quan tới các cán bộ khoa học Việt Nam dự định sang Italia đến phòng Văn hóa của Đại Sứ quán Italia tại Hà Nội (địa chỉ: 9 Lê Phụng Hiểu, hà Nội; Tel: 00-84-4-8256256/ 00-84-4-8256246; Fax: 00-84-4-8267602; E-mail: )

DANH SÁCH CÁC GIẤY TỜ CẦN NỘP TẠI ĐẠI SỨ QUÁN ITALIA
- Đơn xin hỗ trợ tài chính ("Đơn xin đi nghiên cứu")
- Đơn xin cấp visa đã được điền đầy đủ và ký
- Sơ yếu lý lịch (tối đa 3 trang) ghi rõ: tên tuổi, địa chỉ, ngày tháng năm sinh, nơi sinh, trình độ học vấn, ngoại ngữ, tên cơ quan, nghề nghiệp, công việc trước đây.
- Chương trình làm việc cụ thể tại Italia bao gồm danh sách các Viện sẽ thăm.
- Thư mời của cơ quan mời ghi rõ: ngày tháng , thời gian chuyến đi như đã khai trong "Đơn xin đi nghiên cứu")
- Danh sách các công trình nghiên cứu đã được xuất bản mới đây nhất (tối đa 01 trang).
- Quyết định của chủ dự án (gửi trực tiếp cho cán bộ được cử đi thay thế trong trường hợp chủ dự án không trực tiếp đi được.
Tất cả các chứng từ đều phải làm bằng tiếng Anh.
