PROGRAMMA DI COOPERAZIONE SCIENTIFICA E TECNOLOGICA TRA L'ITALIA E IL VIETNAM

Nel 1992, l'Italia e il Vietnam Hanoi firmato un accordo per la cooperazione scientifica e tecnologica che è stato poi ratificato ed è entrato in vigore nel 1998.

L'accordo prevede che i progetti finanziati nel quadro di questo accordo siano approvati dalla Commissione Mista Italo-vietnamita per mezzo di programmi esecutivi della durata di quattro anni.

In tal modo la prima fase quadriennale di questa cooperazione è stata realizzata con successo tra il 1998 e il 2001 con il finanziamento di vari progetti di cooperazione.

Nel luglio 2002 la Comissione Mista Italo-vietnamita ha dato l'avvio alla seconda fase (dal 2002 al 2005) finanziando i 22 nuovi progetti nei più diversi campi scientifici e tecnologici per il reciproco scambio di scienziati e ricercatori (vedi sotto per la lista dettagliata dei progetti).

Ogni progetto di ricerca congiunto prevede un massimo di due visite di scienziati vietnamiti in Italia che possa essere finanziato annualmente dal Ministero degli Affari Esteri italiano. Ogni istituzione accademica o di ricerca può inviare un ricercatore in Italia per due soggiorni di lungo termine o due soggiorni di breve termine o un soggiorno di breve e uno di lungo termine.

Un soggiorno di breve termine potrà durare al massimo dieci giorni, mentre i soggiorni di lungo termine potranno durare fino a tre mesi in multipli di un mese.

Le spese per il viaggio dovranno essere sostenute dall'organizzazione di appartenenza del ricercatore mentre il soggiorno dei ricercatori vietnamiti all'estero sarà coperto da una borsa all inclusive (93 euro al giorno per i soggiorni brevi o 1.300 euro al mese per soggiorni lunghi). Le domande dovranno essere compilate direttamente dalle istituzioni vietnamite che invieranno i documenti necessari riguardanti gli scienziati vietnamiti intenzionati a recarsi in italia, alla sezione culturale dell'Ambasciata d'Italia ad Hanoi
