ITALIAN - VIETNAMESE CULTURAL CO-OPERATION
PROGRAMME  

The Italian-Vietnamese cultural co-operation programme provides a financial suppport from the Italian side for the mobility of Italian and Vietnamese teachers in the framework of inter-university co-operation programmes.  

In particular, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs bears the expenses for the full boarding of Vietnamese teachers in Italy who take part in conferences, seminars, and workshops organized by Italian universities.

Travel expenses should be financed by the vietnamese side.  

The amount of the financial support, directly provided to the Vietnamese teacher at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome is of 93 euros per day, up to a maximum of 14 days.

The Italian side can finance up to a maximum of 7 missions a year, to be ended by the 20^th of december.  
The applications for the financial support must be submitted to the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi (cultural section) at least 2 months before the beginning of the trip to Italy  thorugh the diplomatic channels by Verbal Note to The Embassy originating fom the Ministry of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The application shall include the following documents:  

• CV of the teacher
• Detailed working plan in Italy
• Letter of invitation of the Italian University mentioning the dates of the stay in Italy as clearly indicated in the working plan.
